We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer & AI Engineer to join our team in a rare, high-impact hybrid role. This position combines end-to-end software engineering with advanced AI system design and deployment.

You will own both:

• The application layer (UI, backend, infrastructure)
• The intelligence layer (AI models, pipelines, and decision systems)

This is not a traditional development role—you will build systems that learn, adapt, and automate real-world outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-Stack Development

• Design and build scalable, production-grade applications (frontend to backend)
• Develop modern UIs using React or Angular
• Build and maintain APIs (REST / GraphQL)
• Implement workflow engines and role-based access systems (RBAC)
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL (including JSONB) data models
• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines

Infrastructure & DevOps

• Deploy and manage systems in AWS or Azure
• Containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Implement observability (logging, monitoring, tracing)

AI / Machine Learning Engineering

• Design and deploy machine learning and AI systems in production
• Work with:
• Classification, regression, clustering models
• Deep learning (neural networks, transformers)
• Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Implement:
• Prompt engineering and fine-tuning
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Build scalable inference systems with attention to:
• Latency
• Cost optimization
• Performance

AI System Design & Data Engineering

• Design end-to-end data model action feedback loops
• Perform feature engineering and dataset versioning
• Handle structured and unstructured data pipelines
• Build retraining and monitoring systems (drift, accuracy)

Solution Development

You will design and build intelligent systems such as:

• Claims intelligence engines (automation, anomaly detection)
• Decision support systems (risk scoring, recommendations)
• AI-powered workflow automation
• Natural language interfaces and AI assistants

Qualifications and Skills:

Full-Stack Engineering

• Frontend: React or Angular
• Backend: JS, Python, or .NET
• Databases: PostgreSQL (JSONB preferred)
• APIs: REST, GraphQL
• Cloud: AWS or Azure
• Experience with RDS / Aurora PostgreSQL

AI / Machine Learning

• Strong Python ecosystem experience:
• TensorFlow / PyTorch
• Scikit-learn
• Experience with:
• LLMs, embeddings, vector databases
• Prompt engineering and RAG architectures
• Data tools:
• Pandas (required)
• Spark (nice to have)

System Design & Production Experience

• Proven ability to:
• Design end-to-end systems (data + AI + application)
• Deploy AI models into production environments
• Optimize systems for cost, latency, and scalability
• Experience with monitoring, feedback loops, and retraining pipelines

Security & Compliance

• Understanding of data security and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA-level environments)
• Familiarity with enterprise security ecosystems (Microsoft, Google, etc.)
