Position Purpose:

The Director of Client Success is responsible for leading the company's Client Success function, ensuring the organization delivers a seamless, strategic, and growth-oriented experience throughout the client lifecycle. This role oversees a team of Client Experience Managers and is responsible for evolving the team into proactive Client Success Managers who focus not only on client support and relationship management, but also on helping clients grow, optimize operations, adopt additional solutions, and maximize the long-term value of the partnership.

The Director of Client Success serves as a strategic bridge between Sales, Operations, Product, and Clients’ organizations, ensuring smooth client onboarding, successful implementation of new clients and new programs for existing clients, effective operational transitions, and long-term client satisfaction and retention.

Position Purpose

The Lead, Product Mastery & Enablement is responsible for building and operationalizing product mastery across the organization. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role focused on designing and delivering role-specific education that enables Sales, Product, Operations, and Client Success teams to develop deep fluency in the company's products, services, workflows, and value proposition. Operating within a complex, multi-product ecosystem (SaaS, BaaS, PaaS, Premium Finance), this role will translate product complexity into clear, structured, and actionable learning experiences that improve revenue execution, accelerate onboarding, increase confidence, and enhance client outcomes. The Lead will partner closely with Product, Sales, Operations, and the Knowledge Team to build scalable enablement systems from the ground up, while directly delivering training, certification, and adoption programs.

In addition to premium financing, you’ll also have the opportunity to introduce our digital payment solution, giving insurance agents the tools they need to streamline and simplify the insurance purchasing process.

This is a true hunter role. You’ll proactively identify and pursue new opportunities, open doors with net-new prospects, and create demand where it doesn’t yet exist. Success in this position means uncovering client needs through strategic discovery, educating agencies on the impact of modern financing and digital payments, and positioning our solutions as mission-critical tools for accelerating their growth.
