Position Purpose
The Director of Client Success is responsible for leading the company's Client Success function, ensuring the organization delivers a seamless, strategic, and growth-oriented experience throughout the client lifecycle. Position Purpose
The Lead, Product Mastery & Enablement is responsible for building and operationalizing product mastery across the organization. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role focused on designing and delivering role-specific education that enables Sales, Product, Operations, and Client Success teams to develop deep fluency in the company's products, services, workflows, and value proposition.
