  • Create and maintain detailed data mapping specifications between source systems and Spears software suite.
  • Validate, cleanse, and transform large, structured and unstructured data sets to ensure accuracy and compatibility.
  • Troubleshoot data anomalies and develop repeatable data quality processes.
  • Work cross-functionally with Business Analysts, Product Managers, and Client Success Teams to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Integrate third-party systems and vendor data feeds into the Spear platform, documenting all technical data workflows.
  • Contribute to enterprise-wide data standards, best practices, and reusable frameworks for future client implementations.
  • Assist in building automated reporting and analytics solutions with Power BI, supporting client and internal data visibility.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in data conversion, ETL development, or data architecture, preferably in the insurance or Insurtech industry.
  • Proven experience working with insurance data including claims, policy, rating, and financial data.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience managing both relational and non-relational databases.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) and Azure Data Factory (ADF).
