The client is an American company that has been offering digital billing services and payment solutions to the insurance industry since the 1950s, evolving from a family-built general agency to a leader in premium financing, software, and business process outsourcing for the property and casualty insurance sector.

We’re seeking a talented Marketing Automation Specialist to become a part of our team!

About the role:

The Marketing Automation Specialist is responsible for maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing automation initiatives using the HubSpot CRM platform. Working closely with cross-functional teams—such as designers, developers, and the Marketing Director—this role will implement strategic, programmatic, and operational initiatives to drive lead generation, engagement, and conversion.

 

What You’ll Do:

Email Marketing: 

  • Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing programs as part of the development of customer journeys in coordination with digital marketing campaigns, including segmentation, nurture sequences, subscriber acquisition, promotional emails, A/B testing, and deployment with the goal of guiding prospects down the sales funnel, generating leads, and ultimately driving sales.
  • Continually analyze email performance and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.

HubSpot Management: 

  • Maintain and optimize the marketing automation integration within HubSpot.
  • Assist in integrating additional platforms into the HubSpot marketing automation ecosystem to enhance marketing capabilities.

Analytics & Optimization: 

  • Track and interpret campaign metrics, distributing performance updates to the marketing team.
  • Collaborate with management to define KPIs, create reports, and analyze campaign performance. Provide recommendations to continuously improve ROI and achieve business objectives.

Lead Management: 

  • Support essential marketing operations in HubSpot, including lead scoring, lifecycle management, nurturing programs, segmentation, and data cleansing.
  • Ensure accurate data management and seamless transitions through each stage of the lead lifecycle.
  • Understanding attribution models and UTMs and be able to track and assign credit to marketing efforts that drive engagements.

Continuous Improvement: 

  • Proactively research and implement cutting-edge marketing automation practices, strategies, and industry standards.
  • Plan and execute A/B testing to optimize campaign performance, including productivity, conversion rates, and sales growth.
  • Support essential marketing operations initiatives in HubSpot such as managing lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, and data cleansing

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluency in English (verbal and written)
  • Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience in marketing automation.
  • Expert-level proficiency in the HubSpot CRM platform and its marketing automation modules.
  • Strong knowledge of database management concepts, data hygiene, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience with end-to-end marketing automation processes, including campaign setup, execution, and performance tracking.
  • Proven ability to think critically and exercise independent judgment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to interpret data for strategic decisions.

Education Requirements:

  • College degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Technical Requirements:

Dual monitors (one of which can be a laptop screen), a headset, webcam, hardwired computer connection (computer, connected to router by LAN cable, not Wi-Fi), and the following minimum system specifications:

RAM: 8 GB
Storage: 128 GB SSD
Processor: Intel Core i3 or AMD Ryzen 3
Operating System: Windows 11

This is a fully remote role and we do not provide equipment.

 

We're offering:

  • Ability to work remotely: 8am-5pm PST (Monday to Friday, must work PST hours)
  • Up to 10 working days of paid vacation per year
  • Up to 5 working days of absences for illness per year
