Position requirements

What You'll Do:
- Ensure operational readiness & accuracy of software through manual testing.
- Create efficient test case scenarios.
- Document and communicate test results with the team and stakeholders.
- Provide technical support and collaborate on bug reports.
Looking For Someone With:
- A service-oriented mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask.
- Strong knowledge of IT and mastery of the Software Development Lifecycle.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail for manual QA testing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science (or similar) or equivalent experience preferred.
- 3+ years in software testing with familiarity in MS Word, Excel, Jira, Postman.
- Experience in SaaS software testing or development is a plus.
Skills/Abilities

- Ability to prioritize and multitask and stay organized in a dynamic work environment
- Understanding in Information Technology
- Mastery of the Software Development Lifecycle (analyst, design, testing and support) and the capabilities and possibilities of software applications
- Excellent written and communication skills with the ability to clearly write testing documentation
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to perform manual quality assurance testing
- Provide Technical Support
