About the role:
We are looking for a Business Development Person who can help build a sales pipeline—someone who can easily connect with schools and educational partners across the U.S. The right person for the job should think on their feet, making smart plans and adjusting them quickly to meet necessary goals.
Being able to listen to what our customers are saying and use that feedback to help make our strategies better is key. This job requires working closely with me (the Founder), keeping me in the loop with regular updates to ensure we're all moving forward together. They should also be comfortable using technology to keep track of potential leads, especially HubSpot. I also utilize a shared Notion space to track BD goals, tasks, and updates, helping seamless communication across everyone involved.
