We are seeking an experienced in the Software field Business analyst to join our team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Process scattered customer and CTO requirements, and ideas and provide a ready-made solution from a business logic perspective.
• Develop and approve the optimal solution, breaking it down into implementation stages.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure that requirements are technically feasible.
• Write clear and concise software requirements for technical writers, designers, and developers.
• Advise the development team when working with specifications.
• Participate in acceptance testing (checking that the completed task complies with the specification).
• Involvement in demonstrating new features to customers/development team.
• Review requirements written by colleagues from the analyst team.
• Analyze the effect of implemented features by Identifying, collecting, and tracking metrics.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Who You Are:

• Conversational Russian and English.
• Good understanding of software development processes (4+ years of relevant experience).
• Excellent written and communication skills (impeccable English).
• Outstanding problem-solving, organization and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to have:

• Experience with requirements management tools
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Experience with: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics,
• SQL
