Job Description:
This role requires experience and a balance in some mix of front-end development and server-side development. A focus on quality and learning from early feedback is very important to us. We value Test-Driven Development (TDD) and understanding cloud technologies. An ideal candidate is passionate about technology, has an interest in both creating and delivering value, and equally has an interest in learning and uplifting team member.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be part of a high performing team of software engineers delivering scalable and robust solutions within our microservices platform
- Using emerging technologies when applicable
- Work within teams that utilize Agile, Lean, and DevOps practices
- Code, Automate testing, Design, and Document knowledge
- Constructively participate in code reviews
- Work closely with your team, agile coach, and product owners to deliver value
Required Experience:
The candidate should have 4 or more years of industry experience in the following areas:
- Experience and strong proficiency with Java and Object-Oriented concepts
- Industry experience building RESTful services
- Web development experience.
- Spring and Spring boot development experience a plus
- Experience with modern UI using React and Redux
- Experience with Git
- Proficiency in SQL, JPA/Hibernate
